1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the AI Crypto Secrets website and the automated trading service (the “Service”) operated by AI Crypto Secrets, based in Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By registering for the Service or using the Dashboard, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

AI Crypto Secrets provides automated software that runs a systematic, rule-based trend-following strategy on crypto perpetual futures markets. The strategy evaluates signals and can open or close positions at fixed intervals (currently every 8 hours) — it is not a continuous, tick-by-tick system. A separate risk monitor watches open positions continuously between evaluations for margin and liquidation safety only; it does not generate new trades.

The Service connects to your own exchange account through a trade-only API key that you generate and control. This key cannot withdraw funds. AI Crypto Secrets never takes custody of your funds — they remain in your exchange account at all times, and you may revoke API access from your exchange at any time.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for creating a trade-only API key (with no withdrawal permission) on your exchange account, keeping your exchange account and login credentials secure, maintaining sufficient funds and margin for the Service to operate, and complying with your exchange’s own terms of use. AI Crypto Secrets is not responsible for actions taken directly on your exchange account outside of the Service.

4. Fees and Free Trial

Pricing details are published on our Pricing page and may change from time to time. Eligible new accounts may receive a free trial period (currently three months); eligibility criteria and trial terms may vary and are described at signup. A free trial does not guarantee continued eligibility for future promotions.

5. Risk and Liability

Trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures with leverage involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire invested capital. See our Risk Disclosure page for details. AI Crypto Secrets does not guarantee any specific trading outcome, profit, or level of performance. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Crypto Secrets is not liable for trading losses incurred while using the Service.

6. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke the Service’s API access from your exchange account at any time, with no lock-in period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and, with your consent, cookies for analytics (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how the site is used. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner on our website, or through your browser settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
